Perryhill Farm is a small working farm situated in the beautiful Coly valley equal distance from the busy market towns of Honiton, the regency seaside town of Sidmouth and the coastal villages of Branscombe and Beer, giving access to the world famous Jurassic coast and South West Coast Path. The cottage is located conveniently for visits to Seaton Wetlands, Seaton/Colyton tramway, Pecorama at Beer, Donkey Sanctuary at Branscombe, Blackbury Honey Farm, Bicton Park and Gardens to name a few.

There are many walks across the valley including The East Devon Way, from the farm gate and also our own private walk down to the banks of the river Coly, where you can paddle or take a picnic.

The recently renovated single storey exquisitely decorated cottage boasts a wonderful inglenook fire complete with woodburner and bread oven, 2 bedrooms – one with double bed the other with 2 singles (there is also a bed settee in the lounge).
The fully fitted kitchen is complete with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc.

Outside it has its own lovely sunny patio with picnic table and BBQ. Plenty of private parking. 

There are fabulous views and superb local walks in this hidden corner of Devon, where only wildlife sounds can be heard.
